Categories & Submission Criteria: ? The competition is comprised of the following award categories: ? Short Film: The total run time of the Short Film, including opening & closing credits, should strictly be a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 30 mins. The total size up to 1.5 GB. Posters and Trailer needed. Micro Film: The total run time of the Micro Film, including opening & closing credits, Should strictly be a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 mins. The total size up to 600 MB. Poster and Trailer needed. ? Nano Film: The total run time of the Nano Film, excluding opening & closing credits, Should strictly be maximum of 2 mins. The total size up to 600 MB. Poster only needed. All genres of film for competition, whether they are fine art, comedy, animation, horror, non-fiction, drama, science-fiction, or any other genre. For each award category, there are specific eligibility criteria which need to be met. Films that are promoting a product or service are not eligible for any category. All films should have English subtitles. Ideally the film will be of HD quality & MP4, MOV Format with 16 : 9 ratio. Audio should be Stereo format Film makers may submit more than one film. Individual Registration for each Movies submitted. Participants are free from Registration fee. Production Stills must be in JPEG, GIF or PNG format, and must be high resolution suitable for press. Film Posters can be portrait or landscape, but must be A4 or multiple thereof. The file must be in JPEG, GIF or PNG format, and must be high resolution suitable for press. The participant should present their films through Google Drive. The participant should fill the Application Form available in French City Film Festival 2016 Website available on…………….. Last date for Submission of Movie with Submission form on Nov 10th 2016. A participant who doesn’t fill the Submission form are not entitled to participate in the event and their movies never be considerable for the event, even if they uploaded. Filmmakers entering a film into the competition must have a legal right on behalf of that film to do so. Any third party elements used within the production, such as music, sound, graphics or still images, must be original or copyright free, or where copyrighted, the filmmakers must have obtained necessary permission for the inclusion of this content and be able to provide proof if required. Organizers reserve the right to exclude from the competition any films or material that it deems offensive or defamatory. No discussion will be entered into and the festival’s decision is final. Films should be made unavailable online during the week of the festival. Please set a password for your film so that they have a limited audience during competition time. Judges result is considered to be as a Final result in the competition. Any decision regarding Event is taken only by the One Stop Solution. ? Slide Details: All movies should contain an opening slide which states that the movie is submitted for French Film Festival 2016 presented by One Stop Media and Publishing. End slide at end of the movie a slide with director’s name, email Id, and phone number. ? ? File Uploading: Google Drive: ? Need to create a separate folder with editing access and Add Movie, Trailer and Poster. Participants need to give the link of this folder in the application. The folder name should be in the following format, “Type of movie_Movie name_Director name_Mobile number_Email id”. The following are the files which should be added to the folder. ? Short, Micro, Nano Film: ? The film name should be in the following format, “Type of movie_Movie name_Director name_Mobile number_Email id”. ? Trailer: ? The trailer name should be in the following format, “Type of movie_Trailer of_ Movie name_Director name_Mobile number_Email id” ? Poster: ? The poster name should be in the following format, “Type of movie_Poster of_ Movie name_Director name_Mobile number_Email id” ? Note: ? ?Director name Mobile number Email Id should be the same as given in the registration. This process has to be repeated for each movie submitted by a participant. ? Example: ?
