Please incorporate this SLATE in the beginning of the film The film maker must be a resident of India and above 18 years of age The videos should be in HINGLISH and funny and short and should cater to the masses Chillx has the right to feature (or not feature) the content on the app. The participant should have all the IP rights for the content he/she is submitting The videos should not use any copyrighted material Do not post any obscene, defamatory or annoying materials/content By transmitting or posting any communication or material to this site there should be an agreement that Talenthouse may use your communication as material for any purpose, including reproduction, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Further it is expressly agreed not to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or violation of any law The host reserves the exclusive rights to use the content for 4 months The selected artists must respond to Talenthouse within 2 days of receiving the notification email or else will forfeit all incentives Artists must join Talenthouse using an active email address in order to ensure they can be contacted should they be selected For any queries, kindly mail your questions to [email protected]
