If you are not satisfied with OTT release services, send a mail to [email protected] with the reason for refund and your feedback on OTT release with the subject line "Shortfundly OTT release – Refund" , within 7 to 9 business days of purchasing OTT releasee. Your refund will be processed immediately.
If you like to cancel OTT Subscription package, send a mail to [email protected] with the reason for Cancellation with the subject line "Shortfundly Subscription Package – Cancellation Request" , within 2 business days of purchasing Subscription package. Your refund will be processed within 5 to 9 business days.
