
Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy
How We Deliver Your Purchases
Scope
This Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy applies to purchases made on www.shortfundly.com operated by SM Smartygen Media Networks Pvt Ltd (“shortfundly”, “we”, “our”, “us”). As an OTT marketplace, most items are delivered digitally (e.g., film rentals, purchases, subscriptions, tickets, or access passes). Physical shipping applies only to tangible merchandise explicitly marked as such on the product page.
Digital Delivery (Default)
- Access Activation: For rentals, purchases, or subscriptions, access is provisioned to your account immediately after successful payment authorization. You will see the item under your Library/Orders.
- Delivery Confirmation: We send an email confirmation with order details and instructions. Please ensure your email address is accurate and that emails from support@shortfundly.com are not blocked.
- Geo-Restrictions: Some content is available only in specific regions due to licensing. If you are outside the permitted region, access may be limited or unavailable even after purchase.
- Streaming Requirements: A stable internet connection and compatible device are required. See the product page for any device/DRM limitations.
- Failed/Delayed Provisioning: If your order shows as paid but access is missing after 15 minutes, contact support@shortfundly.com with your order ID. We will re-provision access.
Event Tickets & Passes
- E-Tickets: Issued digitally to your account/email upon successful payment. We do not ship paper tickets.
- Access Credentials: QR codes/links appear in your account prior to the event. Keep them confidential.
- Schedule Changes: If an organizer changes time/venue/format, we will notify you via email and in-app.
Fraud & Security
We may hold or cancel orders pending verification if suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity is detected. We may request additional information to validate the transaction. See our Terms of Use for more details.

For delivery issues, please contact support@shortfundly.com with your order ID, screenshots (if any), and a brief description. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve promptly.
